The Annie Brocklebank was a brigantine built by Margaret Wilson at Ulverston in November 1869. She was owned by William Postlethwaite of Millom from 1873 until her sale to James Renay of Connah's Quay in November 1899. In 1894 the Annie Brocklebank was converted to a three-masted schooner.

The Annie Brocklebank was berthed at Milford Haven on Census night in April 1881, and her crew were listed as follows:

The Annie Brocklebank, bound from Le Treport to Stockton-on-Tees with a cargo of phosphate rock, was wrecked at Hasboro Sands on the 23rd March 1914.
