The Edward & Margaret was a two-masted schooner built at Greenodd in September 1851 by Samuel Schollick, for E.J.Schollick of Aldingham Hall.

According to the 1881 Census the Edward & Margaret was a berthed at Stranraer on the 1st April, her master being named as Capt.Richard Iddon (b.1857) and the mate as Richard Iddon, b.1862.

The Edward & Margaret foundered 40 miles NW of the Longships on Christmas Eve, 1895.
