The Jilt was a schooner built by Edgar at Port St.Mary, Isle of Man in July 1861. She was owned by Thomas Qualtrough of Douglas.

The schooner Jilt, Capt.R.Cudden, from Liverpool and the Isle of Man, arrived at Gibraltar on the 23rd Sept. 1866 (see Source 2).

The Jilt, of Douglas, was saved by a lifeboat in 1894 (see Source 3).
