Stair Stewart

The brigantine Stair Stewart was built at the shipyard of Worthington and Ashburner, at Skerton, near Lancaster. She was launched on Thursday, 20th April 1826, and given her builder's certificate that day. Her first owners were David Dickinson and Co., of the Isle of Whithorn, and the vessel was registered at Wigtown. She was intended for the coasting trade.

The Stair Stewart was lost on or about the 31st December 1833, bound for Chester or Liverpool from Limerick.
