Fletcher

The Fletcher was a full-rigged ship built at Maryport by John Peat & Co., launched in May 1810. She was owned by Fletcher & Co. and was a licensed East India ship in her early years. In May 1833 the Fletcher, by now reduced to barque rig, was lost off the island of Santo Domingo. Her crew survived and returned safely to Maryport.
