The Acasta was a brigantine built by William Wilson at Whitehaven and launched on the 22nd September 1812.

The Acasta, Parkin, from Jamaica to Liverpool, was wrecked previous to the 5th of December 1818, on the Dry Tortugas, Gulf of Florida. The crew were saved, and most of the cargo.
