The Sister Ann was a brig built at Ayr in 1813.

The Sister Ann was owned by Capt.Waddell, of Whitehaven, in 1861. She was wrecked and lost off Fleetwood under the command of Captain English, on the afternoon of Monday, 11th November 1861. She was bound from Whitehaven to Cardiff with iron ore, and struck on Bernard's Wharf sandbank, 1.5 miles from Fleetwood. The six crew took to the rigging and were there for four hours, until the tide ebbed and they could be rescued.
